1 Platform Description

Pharmacies.city ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") is an independent, privately operated online advertising and listing directory. The Platform provides a space for pharmacies and related businesses to advertise their contact information and for users to locate pharmacy listings by city across the United States.

Pharmacies.city is not a pharmacy, drugstore, healthcare provider, medical practice, pharmaceutical company, insurance provider, or government agency. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), any state board of pharmacy, or any healthcare accreditation or licensing body.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pharmacies.city, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, patients searching for pharmacies, and businesses submitting listings.

3 No Medical Services or Advice

Pharmacies.city does not provide medical advice, pharmaceutical advice, drug recommendations, treatment guidance, diagnoses, or prescriptions of any kind. Nothing on this Platform should be construed as medical or pharmaceutical advice.

We are a directory of contact information only. Any healthcare or pharmaceutical decision you make based on information found on this Platform is made entirely at your own risk and discretion. You should always:

• Consult a licensed physician or pharmacist for any medical or pharmaceutical questions.
• Verify a pharmacy's ability to fill your specific prescription directly with that pharmacy.
• Confirm current hours, services, and availability directly with the pharmacy before visiting.

4 No Verification, Endorsement, or Recommendation

Pharmacies.city does not verify, screen, endorse, certify, accredit, or recommend any pharmacy, business, or provider listed on this Platform. Presence in our directory does not imply:

• That the listed pharmacy holds a valid state pharmacy license.
• That the listed pharmacy complies with federal or state laws and regulations.
• That the quality, safety, or legality of any pharmacy's products or services has been evaluated.
• Any affiliation with, approval by, or partnership with Pharmacies.city.
• That the business information is accurate or current.

Users are solely responsible for independently verifying the credentials, licensing, and suitability of any pharmacy before engaging with it. For license verification, contact your state's Board of Pharmacy directly.

5 Information Accuracy and Data Sources

Listings on Pharmacies.city are sourced from:

• Public records — publicly available government and business data.
• Business owner submissions — information self-reported by pharmacy owners or their representatives.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate listings but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information on this Platform. Pharmacy hours, addresses, phone numbers, services, and ownership can change at any time without notice to us.

You assume full responsibility for verifying all information directly with the pharmacy before relying on it for any purpose.

6 Advertising Listings and Business Owners

Pharmacies and businesses that submit listings to this Platform ("Advertisers") agree that:

• All submitted information is accurate, complete, and relates to a legitimate, lawfully operating pharmacy or business.
• They hold all required licenses, permits, and authorizations required by applicable federal and state law.
• Listing on Pharmacies.city does not guarantee visibility, patient inquiries, or business results.
• Pharmacies.city may remove any listing at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms, receipt of user complaints, or at our sole discretion.
• Payment for premium listings is for advertising placement only and does not constitute any form of verification, endorsement, or quality certification.

Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for compliance with all applicable laws, including pharmacy practice laws, FDA regulations, DEA requirements, and state board of pharmacy rules.

7 User Responsibilities

By using this Platform, you agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable US federal and state laws.
• Not rely on this Platform for emergency medical assistance — call 911 in any emergency.
• Not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Not attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content for commercial use without written permission.
• Not use the Platform to engage in any activity that could harm other users, listed businesses, or the Platform itself.
• Verify all pharmacy information independently before acting on it.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pharmacies.city, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of this Platform, including but not limited to:

• Inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete pharmacy listing information.
• Any healthcare decision made based on information found on this Platform.
• Any interaction, transaction, or dispute between you and a listed pharmacy.
• Any pharmaceutical product purchased from or service rendered by a listed pharmacy.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any listing.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You use this Platform entirely at your own risk. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pharmacies.city and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) any content you submit to the Platform; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

10 Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, layout, graphics, and software created by or for Pharmacies.city are the property of Pharmacies.city and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written permission.

Pharmacy names, logos, and trademarks appearing in listings belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by Pharmacies.city.

11 Third-Party Links and External Websites

Listings may include links to pharmacy websites and other third-party websites. Pharmacies.city has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of the linked site or its operator.

12 Modifications to Terms and Platform

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time without notice or liability.

13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable state in which the Platform operator is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
